     King Edward III (of England) was born on 13 November 1312 at Windsor Castle, Berkshire, England.1 He was the son of King Edward II (of England) and Princess Isabelle (of France).2 King Edward III (of England) was christened on 20 November 1312.3 He married Philippa (of Hainault), daughter of Count William III d'Avesnes and Jeanne de Valois, on 24 January 1328 in Yorkshire, England.1,2 King Edward III (of England) died on 21 June 1377 in Shene Palace, Surrey, England, at age 64.3,1 He and Philippa (of Hainault) were buried at Westminster Abbey, London, England.1
